Steven Wilson superfan Henning Mielke joins Steven Wilson obsessive Craig for a look at the solo catalog of their absolute favorite artist. First known for his work with Porcupine Tree, Wilson is one of – if not THE – most prolific musicians of our generation with numerous side projects and production credits to his name. Starting with 2009’s Insurgentes, Wilson weaves through jazz and prog elements and concept albums with some stellar bandmates through the years to bring us to 2017’s song-oriented To The Bone. Henning and Craig discuss each and pick some key tracks to sample.
To check out more SW, check out Uwe Häberle’s Steven Wilson discography that is mentioned towards the beginning of the episode. As of this episode, it was last updated in May 2015 and contains 1,150 entries.
